What appears to be a cover proof for the 2001 2nd edition of Jack Sargeant's Naked Lens: Beat Cinema, just slightly larger than the published book (by ~0.125"). 

This shows a still of Peter Weller playing William S. Burroughs in the David Cronenberg film adaptation of Burroughs' Naked Lunch.

This was acquired as a gift from Beat Scene Press publisher Kevin Ring.
