This is related and tangential to William S. Burroughs — specifically to his The Last Word of Dutch Schultz — with a four page (pp. 183–186) section on Arthur "Dutch Schultz" Flegenheimer, including two pages of the "Transcript of Dutch Schultz's Last Words."
I learned about this book at a visit with Jim Pennington at his home and personal library, and found acopy upon my return.
