Mapplethorpe Portraits, an exhibition catalogue of Robert Mapplethorpe's portraiture shown at the National Portrait Gallery (London) between 25 March and 19 June 1988.  The exhibition was organized by Robin Gibson and Alexandra Knaust, and designed by Mike Jones. The catalogue was edited by Gillian Forrester and designed by Tim Harvey. 

Mapplethorpe's 1981 portrait of William S. Burroughs with a rifle is on page 25.
