Burroughs and John Giorno, Richard Kostelanetz, Allan Kaprow, Dennis Oppenheim (2 pages), Gary Kuehn, Chuck Fahlen, Agnes Denes, Les Levine, Malcolm Morley, Alan Sonfist, and Roger Welch.

The sheet for William S. Burroughs and John Giorno is the only sheet printed on both sides. On recto are biographies for both John Giorno and William S. Burroughs, and on verso is a photograph of the both of them along with listings for the Giorno Poetry Systems albums The Dial-a-Poem Poets, Disconnected, Biting off the Tongue of a Corpse, and the William S. Burroughs/John Giorno release.
