This was also issued in trade softcover and hardcover formats. This was designed and produced by George Mattingly, including the cover collage, in Spring 1980. 

This edition is lacking the illustrations of the Covent Garden / Am Here edition, but has a image of Burroughs by Tim Hildebrand on the rear panel of the dust-jacket.
