William Burroughs contributes the Foreword to this book about drugs, pp. ix to xv. This is a version of "Just Say No to Drug Hysteria" which was "published in a slightly different version in High Risk: An Anthology of Forbidden Writings, edited by Amy Scholder and Ira Silverberg.

The cover art is by Burroughs as well (“Burn Unit”, 1987).

There is also a blurb by Burroughs on the back cover: "This book belongs on the shelf of every Johnson in America."

This copy was formerly owned by Kevin Ring of Beat Scene Press, and acquired directly from them.
