Odd-Job Press Bootleg Edition of Ruski (1998)

New York City: Odd-Job Press (book, primary, bootleg, numbered), 1984/1998.
~5.5" x ~4.25", 12 pages, stapled wraps with hand-made paper.

Ruski by William S. Burroughs, as published as a bootleg by Odd-Job Press in New York City. Dated 1984, but published likely in 1998 as noted in Shoaf. Same text as the Hand-Job Press edition, a fiction about the Great Gatsby's cat Ruski.

This item was "printed in an edition limited to 50 copies" but not necessarily that many were distributed. This was released in variant cover colors – Eric Shoaf's copy was blue-purple. Quite rare.

This copy in teal wraps is number 23, and was previously in the collection of Darin Scope (UK), acquired from his collection.

I additionally hold copy 28. which is in white wraps. This copy was acquired from Synaesthesia Press.

Shoaf I.62a.
