The notes for this contribution state that this comes from Crawdaddy; in that issue, which is June 1976, the title is "Time of the Assassins: Push-Button Sex Is the Coming Thing."  There is a "Sexual Conditioning" that was published in the November 1974 issue of Gay Sunshine, but that is a different article.
