A documentary directed by Richard Lerner and Lewis MacAdams, with interviews by Lewis MacAdams. Includes Allen Ginsberg, Gregory Corso, William Burroughs, Steve Allen, William Buckley, Charlie Parker, Neal Cassady, Carolyn Cassady, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Michael McClure, and Gary Snyder.

Burroughs shows up in some stills and at a couple of interview points (around 18:23 and 1:12:05) discussing Kerouac, the myth of the Burroughs "trust fund", and the birth of the Beat Generation and Kerouac's role in creating it.
