Two-sided letter-sized broadside on cream stock. One side a reproduction of a cover letter from the American Embassy in Mexico City to William Burroughs for a copy of the death report for his wife, Joan Vollmer Burroughs, which is reproduced on the other side.

This was released in an edition of 100, and this copy is #40. I additionally hold copy #39.
