Program for the premiere of The Black Rider: Casting of the Magic Bullets, by Robert Wilson, Tom Waits, and William S. Burroughs, as presented at Thalia Theater, Hamburg, on March 31, 1990.
This program contains a bilingual (German and English) description of the play/opera, with cast listing, lyrics, and multiple illustrations by Wilson. In addition, Burroughs contributes "George Schmid", a small bit of prose, and reproductions of four of his paintings.
This copy was acquired from Brian Cassidy, bookseller (Silver Spring, Maryland, US).
