Jim Pennington's Comparison Sheets for Editions of "The Wild Boys" (c.2016)

London, England: Aloes Books/James Pennington (analysis), c.2016.
pink sheet: 13" x 8.25", single sheet, recto only, folded twice.
white sheet: 11" x 8", single sheet, recto only, folded once.

Two sheets created in 2025 by Jim Pennington of Aloes Books (London) comparing the changes in three editions of William S. Burroughs' The Wild Boys. These compare (a) the Grove Press 1971/1972 editions, (b) the Calder and Boyars 1972 editions, and (c) the Corgi Books 1973 edition.

These two sheets are slightly variant in type-settings, and are of two different sizes "depending on which edition one tips the sheet into."

This item is noted at the end of Jed Birmingham's entry on "#11. The Hardiment/Crowder Archive" on RealityStudio.

These were acquired as gifts from Jim Pennington, Aloes Books (London).
