A promotional postcard for the Sonic Youth album nyc ghosts & flowers, released in 2000 by Geffen Records.

This used one of William S. Burroughs' artworks – commonly referred to as "X-Ray Man" – as the cover art.

The Burroughs signature on the recto is printed, but the verso of this postcard copy is signed by Sonic Youth musician Thurston Moore. This was acquired from Jeffrey Weinberg of Water Row Books.
