Future Primeval, an exhibition catalogue of the art of Keith Haring, as published in softcover by Illinois State University (Normal, Illinois, US) in 1990. This was created for three exhibitions: 15 September to 25 November 1990 at Queens Museum (Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, NY); 15 January to 24 February 1991 at University Galleries, Illinois State University (Normal, IL); 16 June to 25 August 1991 at Tampa Museum of Art (Tampa, FL). Catalogue designed by Dan Addington and Dan Griffin. Editing by Barry Blinderman, Peter Spooner, Jo Porter, and Christina Hordholm. Typography by Jeanne Lee.
William S. Burroughs supplies a one-page foreword on page 6.
There is additionally a photograph of William S. Burroughs and Keith Haring (from a larger image with Brion Gysin) by Tseng Kwong Chi.
There is also a quote by Burroughs from the introduction to Apocalypse, on page 11: "The Great god Pan is dead! Pan, god of panic; the sudden awareness that everything is alive and significant."
