Witchcraft through the Ages: The Story of Häxan, the World's Strangest Film, and the Man Who Made It by Jack Stevenson, as published in softcover by Fab Books (Godalming, England) in 2006. Edited and designed by Harvey Fenton, with production assistance from Francis Brewster.

This, as described, is a history of Häxan and its maker, Benjamin Christiansen.  The final chapter, "'The Witch' Lives!" is mainly a description of the Antony Balch edit from 1968, which included the voice of William S. Burroughs. A couple of advertisements for this version are reproduced as well.
