Christof Kohlhofer's "Vogue Interzone" (1992)
Düsseldorf, Germany: Christof Kohlhofer (book, catalog), 1992.
11.125" x 8.5" x 0.5", 206 pages, softcover, no ISBN noted.
Vogue Interzone: Special Simulated Edition by Christof Kohlhofer, at once a parody of Vogue magazine, a compilation of art and essay, and a monograph of Kohlhofer's work. This was published by Kohlhofer (in Düsseldorf, Germany) in 1992.
This contains multiple artworks inspired by William S. Burroughs (some derived from photographs by Ruby Ray), and a mention of Burroughs in the essay “AIDS: Whom Does It Aid?”, pp. 178-182.
William S. Burroughs contributes "The Humane Thing to Do" between pages 163-166. This is noted as from a work-in-progress called "Book of Dreams". It is assumed that this is My Education: A Book of Dreams, but on quick scan I was unable to locate it there.
This additionally contains an essay by Burroughs' friend and publisher Udo Breger.
Shoaf II.299. Not in Schottlaender.
