William S. Burroughs: Photo-Portraits, an anthology of portraits of William S. Burroughs as published in hardcover by Carl Laszlo's Editions C.L.A.G. (Basel, Switzerland) in 1982. 99 copies were released with a signed photograph by Michael Heitmann [the copy shown is not one of the 99].

This includes photographs of Burroughs (and Brion Gysin, et al) by Richard Avedon, Michael Barfuss, Victor Bockris, Udo Breger, Louis Cartwright, Ira Cohen, William Coupon, Walter Hartmann, Michael Heitmann, Ulrich Hillebrand, Paul Jonas, François Lagarde, Gerard Malanga, Robert Mapplethorpe, René Matti, Mellon, Michael Montfort, and Jenny Moradfar. There is additionally a photo incorrectly credited to François Lagarde by Charles Gatewood.

At the end of the book is a chronology of Burroughs up to 1981 compiled by Carl Weissner.

This copy was acquired from the Expatriate Bookshop of Denmark (Svendborg, Denmark).
