1,000 copies published. Four copies are hors commerce and specially bound, signed with manuscript pages. Ten copies are hardbound, signed and lettered A-J. One hundred copies are signed by Burroughs and Gysin and numbered in wraps, and the remaining 886 copies are trade copies, unsigned as issued.

This copy is #82 of the 100 copies signed by Burroughs and Gysin, numbered by stamp. This copy is additionally signed by editor Ted Berrigan. This copy was formerly in the collection of Darin Scope (UK).

In the archive I also have #58 of this variant, which is signed as issued by Burroughs and Gysin (no Berrigan signature). This copy was formerly in the collection of Asher D. Atchick, and was acquired acquired from Freeman’s Auctions.
