This Ain't No Holiday Inn: Down and Out at the Chelsea Hotel 1980-1995, an oral history by James Lough published by Schaffner Press (Tucson, Arizona, US.) in 2013. This is a set of interviews and recollections with residents of the Chelsea Hotel, about the Chelsea Hotel and its history.
This has minor Burroughs mention, mostly within interviews about Herbert Huncke – friend of Burroughs, addict, author, and long-time Chelsea Hotel resident.
There is also some slight misinformation on Burroughs at page vi, where the author suggests that Burroughs lived in the hotel in the 1950s. This is most certainly incorrect – Burroughs first visit to the hotel was in 1964, well after Naked Lunch had been published.
At page 79 is an interesting interview with James Rasin about a film adaptation he did of Burroughs' Exterminator!
Burroughs references/mentions can be found at pages vi [again: take caution here], 56, 57-58, 67, 79, 87.
