This is all seven signatures of the printed book, untrimmed, stitched together, without a cover [clearly never bound-in]. All the signatures are uncut with the exception of the first 10 pages.

This was acquired from BeatBooks (Andrew Sclanders, London).

Shoaf I.6e notes a galley proof in blue wraps, but it is not known if that is similar to this copy or not.
