Calder and Boyars Uncorrected Proof of The Ticket That Exploded (1968)
London, England: Calder and Boyars (book, primary, 1st thus, uncorrected proof), 1968.
8.25" x 5.5" x 0.75", 218 pages, uncut/untrimmed/stitched/uncovered signatures.
William S. Burroughs' The Ticket That Exploded in the form of an uncorrected proof copy as published by Calder and Boyars (London, England) in 1968. This is all seven signatures of the printed book, untrimmed, stitched together, without a cover [clearly never bound-in]. All the signatures are uncut with the exception of the first 10 pages.
This was acquired from BeatBooks (Andrew Sclanders, London).
Not noted in this form in Maynard & Miles or Schottlaender.
Shoaf I.6e notes a galley proof in blue wraps, but it is not known if that is similar to this copy or not.
