Sterminatore! e altri testi (in English: Exterminator! and Other Stories) by William S. Burroughs, as published by Sugar Editore (Milan) in 1969. This easily is viewed as an Italian-language edition of Exterminator! (as published in 1973 by Viking), but dates four years earlier and has very different content. This is not the same book as either Exterminator! or the later-published (also by Sugar Editore) Johnny 23.
