Electric Underground – A City Lights Reader, edited and introduced by Laurence James, published by New English Library (London) in 1973. Interestingly, not published by City Lights – this book is an anthology of writings from authors who have been published by City Lights, represented by a different publisher. There is no American edition of this anthology.

William S. Burroughs contributes "I Am Dying, Meester?" at pages 46-47. This originates in The Yage Letters, with Allen Ginsberg, 1963.
