Letter dated December 27, 1963 from William S. Burroughs to Daniel Lauffer. This covers Burroughs’ use of Beckett in Cut-Ups, a mention of the Edinburgh Writers Conference, and receipt of “Exterminate the Exterminator”. He notes that there is both an enclosed page of Cut-Ups from works of Samuel Beckett as well as a Cut-Up page using the “Exterminate” material [both are included in the archive].
The Brown Paper Archive was acquired from the Estate of Daniel Lauffer through Derringer Books (Avon, CT.)
