This is accompanied by a xerox of a letter from Robert Melton to Jeffrey Weinberg of Water Row Books in which the scarcity of the handout is mentioned, noting that five copies went to Richard Aaron (Am Here Books), that twelve went to Jeffrey, and “that’s it.”
